Due to work load or studies pressure we are exhausted in our long day life which turns to bad or gloomy mood. Some time a good sleep only cant helps us to bloom up. We need to have some extra therapies to lighten up our mood and again freshen up ourselves for daily activities.
Hot Shower/Hot Towels:
After a long tiring day, taking a quick steam shower/hot-water bath can relieves our nerves. This is a traditional therapy which has been followed from a decades as the technique of taking bath in hot spring water to get rid of all diseases. If not feel like taking bath you can use hot towels also.
Light Exercise followed by meditation:
You might be feeling irritate while thinking of doing exercise while you are completely off. But simple light exercise steps to warm your body followed by meditation can be great heal and benevolent for your body.
Writing a diary:
Writing is one of the great process to express oneself internal feeling out and feel relax. Before going to bed, you can write a diary explaining about your all day activities and tensions. This will help you to sort out all your dilemma's letting you feel light and have a sound sleep.

Playing with kids or Pets around you:
Have you ever tried or not, whenever you are sad or frustate, playing with kids or pets automatically remove all the worries like a miracle.
Grooming up your hobbies:
You can always use your leisure time for your hobbies like painting, peotry, music etc.
Reward yourself:
You can promise yourself that you will reward yourself some shopping, accessories or flowers while your are out in supermarket.
